Stock Guys “the service” (Stock Guys) operates the Stockjolt.com. These services are provided to users (Users) by paid subscription only and are subject to the following Terms, Conditions and Disclosures.

Stockjolt.com/Stock guys LLC. and/or it's employees do not receive any benefits, financial or otherwise from the companies highlighted.

4. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM Stock Guys L. L C. OR THROUGH OR      FROM THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT Stock Guys L. L C. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF Stock Guys L. L C. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM
(i)  THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE;
(ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AN SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR       SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM       THE SERVICE;
(iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY       THIRD PART ON THE SERVICE; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

Failure to Access Service
You agree that Stock Guys L. L C. is not responsible for technical internet problems. Stock Guys L. L C. will make every effort to remain operational with adequate performance and response time. However, there may be times when our web site server or the stock software servers are down or response time is slow. You agree that Stock Guys L. L C. is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage caused by your inability to use the Service.

Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use Stock Guys L. L C. only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Stock Guys L. L C. reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

You agree to (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the appropriate registration form, and (b) to maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You acknowledge that, if any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your use of the Service.

Subscriber membership may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscriber must promptly inform Stock Guys L. L C. of the following: Changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with the Service; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until Stock Guys L. L C. is notified by e-mail of a breach in security, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the Service.

You may view, download, and print contents from the Service subject to the following conditions: (a) the content may be used solely for information purposes; (b) the content bear the proper attribution to Stock Guys L. L C.; and (c) the content may not be modified or altered in any way. You may not republish, distribute, prepare derivative works, or otherwise use the content other than as explicitly permitted herein.
You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of the Service without the express written consent of Stock Guys L. L C.. You may not use any logo, service mark, trademark names or other proprietary graphic as part of the link without express written permission.
You do not acquire any ownership rights to any content in the Service. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission, subscription or license granted by Stock Guys L. L C.

You may submit comments and provide other content so long as the content is not obscene, illegal, threatening, or defamatory and so long as the content does not invade the privacy or infringe the intellectual property of a third party. Further, such content may not contain software viruses, mass mailings, chain letters, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of the information.

L C. a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub licensable right to reproduce, use, modify, publish, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. By submitting information you also represent and warrant that that the content is accurate; you own or have permission to use the content that you submit; and that use of the content will not cause injury to any person or entity. Stock Guys L. L C. takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Stock Guys L. If any provision of the Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions remain in effect. This Agreement shall be deemed to have been made in the State of Iowa, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
